1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tbc88 ("tbc88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at tbc88.app. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or otherwise using any product or service offered on the tbc88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

tbc88 may revise these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the tbc88 platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the tbc88 platform and close your account by contacting customer support. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and tbc88 with respect to your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active tbc88 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of, or as a representative of, any legal entity unless otherwise explicitly agreed with tbc88 in writing.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and in which tbc88 has specifically excluded access.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of tbc88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as a proxy, agent, or nominee for any other individual.

tbc88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle — including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following the receipt of a bonus or promotional offer. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by tbc88 will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Where tbc88 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under the age of 18, tbc88 will suspend the account, investigate the matter, and return any deposits made during the period of suspected underage use. Any winnings accrued during the investigation period will be void.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access betting and casino products on tbc88, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active tbc88 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tbc88 reserves the right to close the additional account(s) and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them. The original account may also be subject to review.

tbc88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. tbc88 also reserves the right to close any account, at its absolute discretion, at any time and for any reason, subject to the settlement of any verified pending withdrawals relating to legitimate, non-violating gameplay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the tbc88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tbc88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may change from time to time at tbc88's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tbc88 account within 90 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours during standard banking hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to five (5) business days. tbc88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals, which may extend processing timelines.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. tbc88 requires that the payment method used for withdrawal matches the payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. tbc88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: tbc88 applies an anti-money-laundering (AML) policy requiring that winnings be withdrawn to the same method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative method will be agreed upon between the player and tbc88's finance team.
• Fees: tbc88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile financial service) may apply their own transaction charges, for which tbc88 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, wins, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tbc88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts for Bangladesh-market players.

Deposits made to tbc88 are held in a segregated player funds account and are not commingled with tbc88's operational funds. This arrangement is intended to provide an additional layer of financial protection for players, though it does not constitute a guarantee of the return of funds in all circumstances.

Any deposit made to tbc88 that cannot be attributed to a registered account within 48 hours — due to incorrect reference information or other errors on the part of the player — will be held in a suspense account. Players who believe a deposit has not been credited should contact tbc88 support with proof of transaction (screenshot of bKash/Nagad confirmation, bank reference number, or equivalent) so that the funds can be traced and applied to the correct account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tbc88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket fixtures, ICC tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Players who believe that a bonus has not been correctly applied to their account should contact tbc88 customer support within 72 hours of the triggering transaction. tbc88 will not retrospectively apply bonuses where the qualifying conditions were not met at the time of the deposit.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on tbc88 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on tbc88 are subject to acceptance by tbc88. tbc88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets affected by suspicious activity, obvious pricing errors, or incomplete event data.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be adjusted by tbc88 at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where: the relevant event is abandoned or postponed beyond a defined period; a pricing error is identified prior to event settlement; the event outcome is subject to an official investigation for match-fixing or integrity violation; or where technical errors in the tbc88 platform affected the odds at the time of placement.
• Settlement: tbc88 will settle all sports bets in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Results announced after the official settlement period will not trigger resettlement unless tbc88, at its sole discretion, determines that exceptional circumstances apply.
• Casino Games — RNG Certification: All slot, table, and virtual games offered on tbc88 use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer. tbc88 accepts no responsibility for network disruptions during live casino sessions that result in incomplete rounds; where a round cannot be completed, the applicable bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tbc88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes. Any winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be void regardless of when the malfunction is discovered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbc88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification processes.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the tbc88 platform, place bets, or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — to generate gains not consistent with normal gameplay. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to tbc88 support immediately.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the tbc88 platform. tbc88 maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Using the tbc88 platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where the player has actual or constructive knowledge of such prohibition.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your tbc88 account, credentials, or account funds to any third party.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward tbc88 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Placing bets for the purpose of hedging promotional risk using third-party accounts or coordinated groups (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bonus hunting" at scale).

Where tbc88 identifies prohibited conduct, it may take any combination of the following actions: issue a formal warning; temporarily suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account; void and forfeit all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings; withhold pending withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation; and/or report the matter to the relevant offshore gaming authority or law enforcement agency.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tbc88 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a regulatory direction, or as part of tbc88's responsible gaming programme. Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance attributable to bonus funds, void bets, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their tbc88 account at any time by contacting customer support. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, tbc88 will settle all pending bets and process any remaining verified balance to the player's registered withdrawal method, provided that the account was in good standing at the time of the closure request and no outstanding investigations are active.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority. During a self-exclusion period, tbc88 will not send promotional communications and will block access to the platform for the duration of the exclusion. Where an account has been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, tbc88 may classify it as an inactive account. Dormancy administration fees may apply to inactive accounts as specified in the current Fee Schedule available from customer support. tbc88 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy fee.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. tbc88 is operated by an internationally licensed offshore gaming company. All services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbc88 disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to any claim.
